I love all the powder colors I bought the only color that I need to use again is the violet, because when I used it in my macaron batter I got violet but also some pink and blue in it.

Right amount of pigment!

I Recently discovered the sugar art master elite colors. The thing I love about them is that you can use very little and get a bright color! I’ve used them for macarons and buttercream. Definetly he best way to color Macarons though since the way Macarons are set require very little moisture. I recommend this color and all others to everyone interested. A must buy!
