DiamonDust: White Diamond is our MOST POPULAR PRODUCT! It is a beautiful, neutral 100% EDIBLE glitter! We also included Gold DiamonDust, as it is the second most popular & looks especially beautiful on chocolate pieces! To use simply sprinkle on by opening the shaker lid jar and lightly tap it! You will want to keep this product DRY as adding onto very moist confections (like freshly flooded cookies) can cause the dust to lose a bit of shine. Master Elites: Highly pigmented food coloring SOLELY intended to tint batches of ingredients, ie: royal icing, buttercream, fondant, batters, etc. To best use Master Elites, ensure the color comes into contact with moisture, so the color crystals can fully dissolve! We have MANY demonstrations on how best to use Master Elites - head to the Master Elite Page under Color Education and spend time reviewing the listed videos as well! (ie: SMBC + Master Elites).
Sterling Pearls: Traditionally known as "luster dust," Sterling Pearls can be dry dusted, painted or airbrushed! To paint or airbrush with these powders, simply mix them in a separate dish with high-proof alcohol until you have a painting consistency. For a more opaque finish, add more powder. To airbrush: mix the powder with high-proof alcohol, but keep it more of a liquid consistency. Use a dropper to transfer the mixture from the dish to the airbrush reservoir.
