You have questions, we have answers!

  I have an undying love for your colors! Where can I post about it?
We are socially active on two major sites: Facebook and Instagram! Don't be shy and share those wonderful photos of your cakes and creations, and the stories behind them. We love seeing and hearing how colorful we make lives around the world!


How do you ship? EXPLAIN!
Orders are shipped anywhere in the world through USPS. We usually ship merchandise within 1 week, typically in 5-7 business days or less, depending on the order volume or if there has been a Restock of popular products, such as Master Elites.

All delivery dates are not guaranteed by The Sugar Art.
If you are itchin' to get your order quicker than most, be sure to select the "Express" option at checkout. However, that only upgrades to Express shipping, it does not impact processing times.
"Return to sender" orders will be refunded the cost of the item minus shipping, or you can pay to have it shipped to a different address.

Just email Holly@thesugarart.com, adding "Wholesale Request" to Subject line, and we will email you all the papers you need to fill out to begin purchasing in bulk.


What's your policy on returns and refunds?
If there's any problem with your order, you must contact us within one-week from date of purchase for a  refund. If you find a defect but it has been longer than 7 days since you purchased, we will not be able to refund your purchase or send a replacement. So please be diligent in checking your products upon first receiving them.
