I have an undying love for your colors! Where can I post about it?
We are socially active on four major sites: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest! Don't be shy and share those wonderful photos of your cakes and creations, and the stories behind them. We love seeing and hearing how colorful we make lives around the world!
How do you ship? EXPLAIN!
Orders are shipped anywhere in the world through USPS. We always ship merchandise within 1 week, typically in 3 business days or less, depending on the order volume; pre-orders and make-to-assemble items may have a longer lead time. All delivery dates are not guaranteed by The Sugar Art.
If you are itchin' to get your order quicker than most, be sure to select the "Express" option at checkout.
"Return to sender" orders will be refunded the cost of the item minus shipping, or you can pay to have it shipped to a different address.
I have a shop! How can I carry your superb products?
If you're looking to be even more awesome than you currently are and become the wholesaler you were always destined to be, joining The Sugar Art team is incredibly easy! Just fill out our Contact form, adding "Wholesale Request" to Subject line, and we will email you all the papers you need to fill out to begin purchasing in bulk. Our team is WORLDWIDE, and the minimum initial buy-in is set at $300 USD.
What's your policy on returns and refunds?
If there's any problem with your order and you'd like to make a return, contact us within a week of receiving your order and we'll be happy to help fix whatever is wrong. We cannot accept returns of food items, however. If a refund is requested, the product must be returned via the call-back label we will send to your email. Once we receive the returning item, the cost of the item will be refunded within 48 hours. We will not refund any shipping charges.
