Master Elites are highly pigmented powdered food coloring. Intended to tint royal icing, fondant, buttercream and isomalt. It is not a fat soluble product and will not work to color chocolate.

True brown

The true brown color is great. Only a small amount needed for a great brown color. I use it a lot to draw stumps or coffee on cookies.

Perfect brown

The other brown I have in hand always has a weird yellowish-orange undertone and I hate it. This is a true brown without any funky undertones.
