INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup of room temperature coffee
  • 1 tbs white distilled vinegar
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp of almond extract
