We have been having so much fun making truffle recipes lately, and these easy, DELICIOUS and fun pumpkin truffles are the BEST thing we've done so far! If you are wanting a SIMPLE and small Thanksgiving dessert, this is the one for you! This chocolate ball of goodness gives you all the warm, cozy, fall vibes and your family will be FLOORED by the decadence of this easy treat!
Many pumpkin truffle recipes call for only pumpkin puree and cream cheese with a few spices, but THIS concoction includes ginger snap cookies which was the perfect addition of spice and texture! Some of the same spices were found in the ginger snap cookies, but when we added the clove and cinnamon - it went to a whole new level of complex flavor! One bit of this truffle and you will be so ready for leaves, football and wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!
