In the video below, we show you how to get your chocolate to adhere this really fine edible glitter. You will learn 3 separate techniques in covering your edible glitter strawberries, too! We will be using almond bark in this demonstration, as it is incredibly stable! Follow us on Instagram for more education surrounding the benefits of Almond Bark! (Click Here)

Let's take a look at the video now!

For the first 2 techniques, be sure your chocolate begins to dry before applying the edible glitter directly on the strawberry. You want to find a good window of time to start sprinkling or spraying this gorgeous edible glitter!

For the most glitter finish, on your glitter covered strawberries, you'll want to work with the small 3g jars of DiamonDust!

This amazing product has a shaker lid that is perfect for dispersing edible glitter over all of your confections - not just glitter covered strawberries. DiamonDust can be used on cakes, cookies, other chocolate treats - to find out how to use Edible Glitter Dust in general, click the blog below!

HOW TO USE EDIBLE GLITTER

Back to our glitter covered strawberries. One small jar of DiamonDust can fully cover anywhere between 14-17+ edible glitter strawberries! It will depend on how large your strawberries are, to determine if you'll be closer to 14 or ... 17+.  When using smaller-medium size berries, you could potentially get 17 fully covered in edible glitter!

In the second technique, we color our actual almond bark GOLD with Elite Dust: Exotic Orange! It only took 1/4 tsp of the powder (to 1lb of almond bark) to achieve this beautiful tone, which is not even half of the jar!  By tinting your chocolate gold and making a base tone, you can use less DiamonDust by choosing our edible glitter spray bottle!  What we love about the spray bottle, is that it evenly distributes the edible glitter across any confection!

The final technique is to leave your gold-colored chocolate matte, let it fully dry and then pipe lines across the top! Be sure to sprinkle (or spray) the Gold DiamonDust right away in this technique! You'll want those small chocolate lines to have plenty of moisture in catching all the gorgeous glitter!
