A Note From Ed Frys, Owner
Dear fellow baker, Ed here - Owner of The Sugar Art. Thank you very much for your support all of these years. Myself and my team are deeply appreciative, as we have worked very hard to support the industry around the topic of color for 3 decades. Thank you for putting your trust in me personally, as your color formulator.
Please note: due to the new Regulations taking effect this coming January of 2027, we have already started the process of an orderly phaseout of formulas containing Red 3, so supplies will be very limited from this point forward.
If you are ready to transition away from Red 3 and synthetic colors, please give our Natural Colors a try. You won't be disappointed.
With Gratitude, Ed
