All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your color.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept exchanges on any of our colors, as they are food items. All sales are final.
If any items are damaged or missing, we will process the necessary refunds immediately. The customer must submit images to email@example.com of the order in it's original packaging to show the color was missing from the order. The customer must submit images of any damaged colors as well.
