IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM ED FRYS, OWNER OF THE SUGAR ART:

I've decided we will be closing the Rewards Program effective October 31, 2025. This decision is firm and final. 

• Please note: you will need to use any eligible points you have from your Rewards Account between now and October 31st. After this date, the program is permanently closed and you will no longer have access to your account. All codes will be permanently inactivated at this time as well. 

We will not be honoring any discount codes generated by the Rewards Program after October 31, 2025. We will no longer have access to this program, either.

The entire program will be closed as of November 1st, 2025. I urge you to take this notice to heart and we have given more than enough notice around this decision both in email, on our website and social media posts.

WE ARE NO LONGER ISSUING POINTS AS OF AUGUST 23, 2025. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM - IT IS CLOSING OCTOBER 31, 2025.

 

Shop and earn rewards every time you purchase! Rewards include discount codes, free shipping and more every time you shop with The Sugar Art! Rewards can be accrued from the date of sign-up only and the customer must sign into their rewards account for points to be given. 

** Please note, we are unable to retroactively honor or provide Rewards Points prior to the date of sign-up for the program. CUSTOMER MUST BE REGISTERED FOR REWARDS FIRST, IN ORDER FOR POINTS TO APPLY. **

PROGRAM DETAILS

For every $1 you spend, the COLOR HAPPY CLUB will reward you with 2 color points.  Color points can be redeemed for various prizes.

Color points are only counted with the dollar amount spent on products, not shipping fees or ROUTE insurance fees.

HOW DO I SIGN UP? 

Click the the REWARDS tab on our menu bar, then "Log In / Sign Up."

 

Then Click "Join now" and you will be redirected to a screen that will prompt you to put in your email address and password.

HOW TO LOGIN:

In order for your color points to be tracked, you must login prior to any purchases. We are unable to go back and retroactively add Color Points if you forget to login prior to purchasing.

To login, go to the HOME PAGE of the website: thesugarart.com

And back to the REWARDS menu bar, then Log In. 

Moving forward, you will always want to sign in through the REWARDS menu tab prior to making any purchases, so the system will track your color points. 

PLEASE LOGIN PRIOR TO MAKING ALL FUTURE PURCHASES.

If you do not sign in prior to purchase, we are unable to honor those Rewards Points - so please never forget to login to the REWARDS ICON before buying!

HOW TO EARN:

By making purchases at thesugarart.com primarily, but you can also "follow" us on social media: Facebook, Instagram, etc to earn small amounts of Rewards by taking those actions. You can also earn points by writing reviews of our products, after you make a purchase and are prompted to do so via email.

HOW TO REDEEM:

We have many thresholds to meet in order to redeem color points, they are all outlined in the image below and can be found by logging into your account through the PINK ICON. Remember, always login through this icon in order track and redeem all points.

After you login through the pink icon, the website will either prompt you to use your points on the purchase or you can click "WAYS TO REDEEM" and copy the "code" issued and place it in the discount code box during checkout.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

REWARS POINTS ARE ONLY GOOD FOR 1-YEAR FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.
