Not happy

This was the ruby red added to white chocolate. Hardly ruby red… I kept adding more color with no success.

Hi Sue,Ed here, thank you for your support. I am wondering if you are by chance attempting to color white candy melts with our Choc Elites? Always remember, many white chocolate products are pre-tinted with white food coloring - so it will take much more color if you use candy melts or something similar. Please also be sure to shake it very thoroughly prior to every use - as the color is settling down to the bottom. You need to shake it for several minutes to reincorporate that color into the whole jar. Best of luck,Ed
