THIS BURGUNDY FOOD COLOR IS THE EASIEST WAY TO ACHIEVE BURGUNDY ICING! MASTER ELITES ARE INTENDED TO COLOR ROYAL ICING, FONDANT, BUTTERCREAM, MACARON BATTER, CAKE BATTER AND MORE! KEEP IN MIND, MASTER ELITES ARE NOT FAT SOLUBLE AND CANNOT COLOR CHOCOLATE.

This product contains Red 3 and is scheduled to be de-listed and phased out by the United States Food and Drug Administration Registry by January 15, 2027. This means after January 15, 2027 - products that contain Red 3 are no longer compliant for food use. Because this product contains Red 3, we recommend discarding and no longer using for food, by the end of 2026.

Was very concentrated but was not burgundy. I used 1/4 tsp for around 3 egg whites worth of macarons and the batter came out more purple than a red.
Never received my order.
Their color has gotten terrible over the last year. It requires so much more powder now and doesn’t always turn out the right color
