This product contains Red 3 and is scheduled to be de-listed and phased out by the United States Food and Drug Administration Registry by January 15, 2027.  This means after January 15, 2027 - products that contain Red 3 are no longer compliant for food use. Because this product contains Red 3, we recommend discarding and no longer using for food, by the end of 2026. 

• Please note due to FDA Regulatory changes that take place January 15, 2027 - synthetic food dyes will be phased out and any products you purchased in the past, or are currently purchasing from The Sugar Art, may no longer be compliant for food use after this date. These new updates within the FDA are still evolving and the FDA has not formally banned any colors outside of Red 3, but they are highly motivated to remove them from the United States Food Supply.
