Love the color It was just what I was looking for to use in coloring my macarons. The concentration level is awesome. I only needed to use 1/16 tsp to get the color I wanted.

Very different than liquid and potent👍
Was very concentrated but was not burgundy. I used 1/4 tsp for around 3 egg whites worth of macarons and the batter came out more purple than a red.
Never received my order.
