  • 8 large FARM FRESH eggs! (helps with a beautiful color)
  • 1 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of room temp, SOFT & unsalted BUTTER
  • 1 tbs of lemon zest!
