ACHIEVE VIBRANT COLORS IN FONDANT

Products Used Are Linked At The End: Red Rose Master Elite and Emerald Master Elite

Master Elite Food Colors are INCREDIBLE for many mediums, even fondant! Since they are activated by moisture, you will need to plan ahead when coloring fondant - as you do not want to activate the Master Elite in straight moisture like we teach you with other things like icings. You want to simply add the powder to the middle of your piece of fondant and knead, knead, KNEAD! It will take some time (15-20 mins) for that fondant to break down the color crystals and you may need to knead again if you see any streaks.

As long as you plan ahead and have a little bit of patience, you won't find a better color than Master Elites for coloring your fondant! And - as you may have noticed - Master Elites are raw pigment food colors and the color you see in the jar is not ultimately the color you will get when using inside of your confection!
